Hallmark Residential, Inc. was founded by Russell Harrist. Russell has been a licensed Colorado real estate broker since 1987. During that time he founded two real estate brokerage companies. For two years he appraised residential properties for a subcontractor of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and gained extensive experience with distressed properties.
